Bingo Fun and Winners!

It was a busy weekend as Bingo...Stamping Style preparation culminated in a fun event that was full of winners!

My car was stuffed full of prizes, projects, displays and more!  Yes, even a karaoke machine went along as my portable PA system.

This is our check-in table.  We used the facilities at Curves Boise and felt so welcomed and comfortable.

My display board and class sign-ups.

The gorgeous Craft and Carry Tote bag and Starter Kit were shared.  Bingo prizes and Sale-a-bration display on the shelves.  A lovely Let it Ride display by Wendee Jones.

Display board of many team swaps and our refreshments.

This display features designs by Greta Leonard.

This table features designs by Vicki Eisenbeisz.

Our Raffle table was popular and filled with exciting prizes.

Raffled items went home with 10 different people!

Stamping stations were set up for each project.

The Stamparatus made for quick and easy stamping on this project.

Everything had a place and was ready to be used.

Busy crafters working on their projects.

Here they are listening intently for the Bingo caller, as they marked off each square.

Marianne and Greta were super at keeping the Bingo game moving along!

Another group works on their Bingo cards.  Each person had one card provided and an option to purchase more cards.

This was our Blackout Bingo round - so many spaces covered but not quite all of them!

It was fun to see sisters come together, mothers and daughters, and many friends!

These sisters were such a sweet duo!

This table was a whole group that came together and they had a ball laughing and enjoying each other.

I'm checking on the progress, passing out more Bingo markers as needed.

This group was serious about their prospects for winning!

Getting ready to stamp and make their projects!

Greta is a dear friend and helped make the event so much fun!  I never knew she had such talent for calling Bingo numbers.  She helped teach all about the Stamparatus at this station.  I was thrilled to have Amy join us for the first time!

Bingo is a quiet game of concentration!  Greta called the Binog numbers, while Marianne pulled the Bingo numbers, and I took pictures (and a selfie)!

She is so pleased, her card is full = Blackout Winner!

No one is touching her cards - back off ladies that prize will be hers!

Lots of happy winners, I was so excited for them all:
Kathy won Birthday Statements stamp set
Tammie won the Happy Tails bundle
Dianna won the Birthday Cheer bundle
Dawn won the Well Said bundle grand prize
Judy won the Vibrant Vases stamp set

And here is a bit of silly video fun to see the day in action!

Every guest went home with a thank you gift pillow box filled with chocolate, a goodie bag with $25 in product to make their projects plus much (MUCH) more,  5 tutorials to make 4 card designs and 1 card case, coupons, catalogs and many acquired a prize or two or three!  This event took about 30+ hours of preparation and I heard from many that they had a super, fun time.  We are looking forward to Bingo again on May 18th and a special event to make projects for Mothers or Girlfriends on April 27th.  Be sure to register and join us!

New Catalog Sip & Stamp Photos

Saturday was my new catalog Sip & Stamp event.  I wanted to share a few photos of how I set up and what I displayed.  Sadly I missed a photo of my central display table!  But here is what I did on Saturday.

When you walked in this was the check-in table with packets for each expected guest including their name.  There were game sheets that were optional, name tags and door prize forms.

This area displayed retired products that I was selling.  At this point in the day, many things had sold.
I used burlap ribbon on my school house chalkboard.  Then clipped my many swap cards as a display of design ideas.  Below this was a large table with displays of new products and sample designs for each product.

I did capture two items that were on the large display table:

this crate shows the 2017-2019 In Colors: ribbon, ink, card stock, and designer series paper.

This wood crate displayed a comparison of Blushing Bride, Powder Pink, and Pink Pirouette.

I also shared this flyer.  I use my business income to help support Erin as she works to stop human trafficking in SE Asia.  I hope you will read about her.  She just finished training and plans to return to work in Cambodia.  If you are interested in supporting her too, you can contact her organization website http://cten.org/erinfoley/

The buffet had sign up sheets for my upcoming classes.

I used my pan rack to hang this antique window.  It displayed more card design samples.  I had products and sample designs on this counter display: Post Script, Delightful Daisy bundle, Eastern Palace Bundle, Label Me Pretty Bundle and In the City hostess stamp set.
These held the completed entry forms for the prizes.

And here are the prizes: stampin' pad, embossing folder, sponges and a grand prize product package.

Here is several of the people that attended.  There was a make and take project with the Your Delightful hostess stamp set and they worked on their game pages.

Of course there was also refreshments.  They had glass bottles of Izze to drink for their "sip" part of the event.  I hand dipped chocolate strawberries that morning for an extra special treat for my extra special customers!

This was the make n take that my guests made.  I CASEd* this design from page 136 of the 2017-2018 Annual Catalog.  I chose to use the You're Delightful host stamp set for the sentiment.  I love the font, large size, and the words!
