Welcome to our Paper Pumpkin Possibilities blog hop!  Tonight we are sharing alternative project ideas for the contents of the June kit: Life is Sweet.  I hope you find some inspiring ideas to use with your kit at home.

I typically can NOT resist cutting up pretty card bases.  So here they are and I cut them down to 4" x 5-1/4" to get 2 card fronts from each card base.

My first card is stamped directly on the pretty paper.  I added Peach Pie card stock for my card base and some Linen thread.

This card uses Summer Splash card stock as the card base.  I stamped onto a scrap of Basic White card stock and stamped directly onto that pretty paper layer.  Add the die cut cherries and some linen thread tied into a double bow.

This card is super simple. Again it is mounted onto a Peach Pie card base. The word is stamped onto scraps of Basic White card stock and punched with the Happy Labels Pick a Punch.

Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Exploring In Color

Welcome to our May 2023 Paper Pumpkin Possibilities blog hop.  We are sharing alternative designs for the "Exploring in Color" kit featuring the new 2023 - 2025 In Colors.

This kit is filled with stunning scenes from nature.  There are 3 designs and 9 cards with designer envelopes.

The card bases have designs from front to back of the card bases.  So I choose to double my card options by cutting my designer card bases in half and mounting them onto Copper Clay cardstock card bases.

You can see here how the open card base was cut and created 2 card fronts.  I hope that this approach inspires you as you create your Exploring In Color Paper Pumpkin kit.

2018-2020 In Colors Card

I wanted to share the last card design from my 2018-2020 In Color Card Class.  I shared five cards on Wednesday, one card for each In Color.

Pineapple Punch

I made this design to incorporate all 5 colors on one card.  The Abstract Impressions stamp set is so fun!  It makes stamping so quick and easy.

We used the flower stamp to make the clouds and sun, as well as the flowers, of course!  The Pineapple Punch flower centers, muted the Lovely Lipstick flower color as the overlapped.  I enjoyed the challenge to make a design with all 5 In Colors.  The design is a perky, impressionist art style birthday card on our popular Whisper White Notecards and Envelopes.

In Color Card Designs

I had a blast with my customers at my In Color card class.  Each card was designed to featured one of the 2018-2020 In Colors.

The Grapefruit Grove card features florals from Wood Words.  It is a design I CASEd, but now I can't find the pin that inspired me.  Layering the Polka dot tulle ribbon with Baker's twine was my idea and it turned out so enchanting!

My Lovey Lipstick card features the very popular Accented Blooms stamp set.

Call Me Clover is a beautiful background with the Climbing Vines embossing. Such a fun and quick card design.

The Pineapple Punch card features the Bokeh Dots stamps on the tag and Sparkle embossing on the card front.

I love Blueberry Bushel and this made a great masculine birthday card.  The Oh My Stars embossing went great with this fun Garden Impressions DSP.
