Creative Escape Autumn Fun and Summer Memories

Hello friends! I had so much fun in July with my sweet crafters at the Summer Creative Escape. I had surgery and got spacey for weeks...and never got to share the photos from our weekend.

I love to present delightful gifts all weekend long - it is a tradition from Stampin' Up! events called pillow gifts.  And sometimes these ladies surprise me with gifts too, the top right corner is cute gifts from my friends.

Each person receives an event bag with products for the Make & Take classes.  We made some of the cards shown above during the Friday night Simple, Speedy, Stamping Bingo!

My favorite is our group photo in the lobby!!!

Saturday evening is the popular Spinner Winner Game and each person gets a numbered tag from the Spinner Wheel and then they hunt through the gifts to find the matching number. Oh that top right photo is caramel corn that I make for every retreat. These adorable tags were made by Vicki, she makes the best packaging for my gifts!

These are the happy winners with their prizes. Vicki is in the top left corner - aren't her tags adorable?!? This weekend event had Make & Take classes Saturday and Sunday mornings, optional Simple, Speedy, Stamping Bingo Friday evening, plus 3 optional afternoon classes. I designed 26 projects that were shared during those various classes.

Creative Escape Winter 2023 Recap

 It was only 2 weeks ago that we all convened for a fabulous weekend retreat of crafting together ay my Winter 2023 Creative Escape.

Look at all these gorgeous smiles as we posed for our group photo. I love our event t-shirts, we are cute creators!

Friday night is our Speedy Stamping Bingo event and we make 6-8 speedy and simple cards.  These are 4 of the card designs from that event using the Stepping Stones stamp set and the Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper from our Sale-a-bration promotion.

Everyone has a table buddy and either brings a friend or makes new friends over the weekend.

We start the weekend with a Scavenger Hunt mixer game so that you have to meet everyone. I also offer optional add-on classes to share more products and creative designs.

I was there too! Everyone gets an event bag, and pillow gifts are left as surprises at your table throughout the weekend.  This organizer box was a popular surprise!

Our Make and Take projects featured the Happy Labels stamp set that was included in the Goodie bag. I loved the variety that these sentiments had for our cards.  Below are a few of the cards that we made.

As you can see we made a lot of cards at my retreat, these aren't the best photos but it captures the vast amount of products and projects that are offered.

There are still many more photos and sweet memories from our weekend.  I delight in sharing inspiration and spoiling everyone with surprises.  It is such a wonderful time together!

Creative Escape Fall 2022 Recap and Winter 2023 Invitation

Last weekend I hosted my 4 fourth weekend retreat, called the Creative Escape.  We had so much fun and made wonderful memories together.

OnStage Part 1 of 3

Hello friends! I am so excited to share this past weekend with you! OnStage in Salt Lake City was so much fun and I have 3 blog posts to share with you to squeeze it all in.  Please read all the way through so that you don't miss any details and announcements.

All leaders are invited to attend CentreStage on Friday evening.  This is a special event to share upcoming news and innovations from the company.

The tables were just gorgeous this time!  My favorite flowers were in the centerpieces: hydrangeas, roses, ranunculus, and more.

It was fun to gather with my fellow teammates and friends from other businesses.

The evening ended with a special gift for each of us.

Inside the pretty pouch is our new Timeless Label Punch.

We each received the new catalog! It is such a treat to get this in my hands and dream of all the possible projects for the new products.

Of course,  I must share some stamping with you!

These are the Pillow Gifts that I made for the 8 ladies in our house.  This is a Stampin' Up! event tradition, to gift your roommates with a little something all decked out in beautiful packaging.

My project features the Label Me Pretty stamps and Pretty Label Punch.  I placed 3 mini candy bars in the 2 x 8" Cellophane bag and then decorated it with the Petal Promenade designer series paper and card stock, Pearlized Doilies, and the stamped labels.

I had 4 team members with me for OnStage and they each received a gift packet.  I wanted them to be ready for the new catalog, so I used the same 2 x 8" Cellophane bags to make a catalog prep kit.

They each received 3 colors of Post-It flags and a marker.  This let them get started on marking the products that they love and the flags are big enough that they can jot down project ideas.

I loved the Grapefruit Grove color with our exclusive "Stamping Your Way to the Top" demonstrator stamp set.
