Now I am so excited to share my Peony Garden Suite card design.  You will swoon for all of coordinating products in this lovely suite.  I have my supplies listed at the end of this post.  The Shimmer ribbon and Elegant Faceted Gems are spectacular!

The Peony Garden Designer Series Paper is elegant and serene, you will love creating with it.  The stamps and dies have so many options for creating layers of pretty peony flowers. 

I used the Stamparatus to make my card.  The hinge step stamping technique placed the peony images in perfect alignment.  I moved the hinged plate down 3 steps to get the spacing that I wanted.  This technique is so helpful for straight, evenly spaced images.  You definitely want to add this suite to your shopping list!

Product Sampler for 2020-2021 Annual Catalog

Hello friends!  I'm so happy to chat with you today :-).  We have had non-stop rain in Boise - soon, I might need a boat.  My yard is lush and green, the flowers are so happy and blooming.  So there is plenty of good from this unusual moisture.  My dogs are avoiding it and staying indoors, which saves my sanity for muddy dog paws.  Rain always mean perfect weather for crafting!

May 22nd is a very important date - it is the LAST DAY that Stampin' Up! will guarantee orders for retiring stamp sets.  If you have your eye on any of these stamps, go order today! Tomorrow the retiring stamp sets will only be while supplies last and will sell out the remaining inventory.

PPP Blog Hop On My Mind

Hello friends, welcome to our monthly Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop!  We are excited to share our unique alternate designs for the July "On My Mind" kit with you tonight.

My first card features the Sail Away suite card.  I filled the green circle us the white on the back side.  I cut up one of the Kraft card bases and used the 2 1/4" circle punch to add a layer behind my boat.

This is the Kraft card base - it has the best embossed surface with dots.  I used the negative from the sprigs for my card to have a simple, clean, and nature theme.

I loved playing with layering for this design.  I used the white backside again this time from the leaf sprigs.  The paper clip holds it all into a cluster.  Aren't the sequins from this kit fun?!?

I am really pleased with how the layers and details came together on this design, it's so much fun to think outside of the PP box and create new versions!
