Snowflake Showcase: Christmas and Congrats Cards

Hello friends!  I am so excited to share with you today.  I have 2 designs featuring each of the stamp sets from our November Snowflake Showcase product suite.

First is my Christmas Tree card.  This Merry Merlot/Copper ribbon is so pretty with Mint Macaron for an alternate Christmas color combination. The copper sequins add fun bling to the falling snowflakes.  We made this at the Christmas card buffet.  I set it up on the Stamparatus, which made for quick and precise placement on every card.  The supplies for this card are included at the end of the post.

Next is a card I designed to send to my new Demonstrator Development Manager at Stampin' Up!  I hope she enjoyed getting some happy snail mail.  The leaves and flowers were so easy to die cut.

Here is my stepped up card - I thought another layer of Grapefruit Grove would boost the color coordination.  I added the doily behind the sentiment, but I think I prefer the simple design above.  This card went to a gal on my team for her recent sales accomplishment.

Supplies for both cards are listed at the end of this post.  I hope both recipients enjoyed their cards.  I hope you have had a chance to purchase the Snowflake Showcase suite.  You will definitely enjoy having 2 stamp sets that have beautiful coordinating thinlits, see them here.
Sadly the White Velvet sheets have sold out but we do still have the Snowflake Trinkets.

Today is the launch of our last 2 day sale.

Snowflake Showcase Blog Hop

Hello stampers!  Welcome to our Snowflake Showcase Blog Hop.  You are going to see many fabulous designs as we introduce our exclusive new November products, Snowflake Showcase.

These products are so inspiring to create with, I really enjoyed making this design.  The Velvet paper is so soft and rich with texture.

I used the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets to attach to the back of the Velvet paper.  The Snowflake flourish and snowflake die cuts cut out beautifully in the Big Shot.  Using a small paint brush, I lightly painted Champagne Mist Shimmer paint on each snowflake point.

I attached the flourish to the card front, the adhesive sheets keep the die cut perfectly attached without any extra sticky mess.

The Paper Trimmer makes straight, easy cuts around the tree.

I used our sharp and trusty paper snips to cut out the tree trunk.  I placed SNAIL onto the back of the tree.  The Silver Thread is swirled into circles and pressed into the SNAIL. Then I used Stampin' Dimensionals to attach the tree and trunk to the card front.

The 3 Velvet Snowflakes are placed onto the tree and the Silver Pearls were placed onto the centers of the Snowflakes.  The Snowflake trinket was anchored with a glue dot while a spot of liquid glue set-up to permanently hold the trinket weight in place.

There is still space in my exclusive Snowflake Showcase class on November 19th, you can see the details and sign up here.  There is an afternoon and evening class option.  We will make this card design as one of our projects.

Here is the entire product line - isn't is wonderful to see TWO stamp sets that coordinate with the thinlits?  You will want all five products and enjoy creating with them all!
