Snowflake Showcase Blog Hop

Hello stampers!  Welcome to our Snowflake Showcase Blog Hop.  You are going to see many fabulous designs as we introduce our exclusive new November products, Snowflake Showcase.

These products are so inspiring to create with, I really enjoyed making this design.  The Velvet paper is so soft and rich with texture.  

I used the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets to attach to the back of the Velvet paper.  The Snowflake flourish and snowflake die cuts cut out beautifully in the Big Shot.  Using a small paint brush, I lightly painted Champagne Mist Shimmer paint on each snowflake point.  

I attached the flourish to the card front, the adhesive sheets keep the die cut perfectly attached without any extra sticky mess.  

The Paper Trimmer makes straight, easy cuts around the tree.  

I used our sharp and trusty paper snips to cut out the tree trunk.  I placed SNAIL onto the back of the tree.  The Silver Thread is swirled into circles and pressed into the SNAIL. Then I used Stampin' Dimensionals to attach the tree and trunk to the card front.

The 3 Velvet Snowflakes are placed onto the tree and the Silver Pearls were placed onto the centers of the Snowflakes.  The Snowflake trinket was anchored with a glue dot while a spot of liquid glue set-up to permanently hold the trinket weight in place.

Winter Wonder Gift Card Holder

Class this past week had many fun projects.  I made an extra fancy design for our gift card holder.  The Mini treat bag thinlit is so easy to use for various gift packaging projects.  Isn't the large Winter Wonder embossed snowflake stunning?  I love this embossing folder -  it makes an elegant focal point.

The "Colorful Seasons" stamp set has lovely snowflakes that I stamped on the inner envelope.  The "Merry Wishes" sentiment is from the "Oh What Fun" stamp set.  This could also be used for a winter themed gift after Christmas.

This Mini treat bag gift card holder was a big success at class.  I hope that the recipients are delighted to open it and know that it is made with love!  Our Winter Wonder embossing folder is retiring this month, so do not delay to order yours!  Product details are listed at the end of this post and will link you to my online store.

Rounding Up Info

Hello! What a beautiful winter wonderland we have in Boise.  It snowed about 8 inches Thursday afternoon until Friday afternoon.

My backyard this morning

Today is crystal clear with brilliant sunshine.  The snow sparkles like diamonds.  Do you love snow during winter?  It just feels right to me.

My Christmas Card Stamp-a-Stack classes are coming up.  I have 5 various designs and you will make 4 of each design: 20 cards!  Come to two sessions and have 40 cards!

This is a little sneak peek since the photo is not that great.  But you can see some traditional colors, contemporary colors and a lovely nativity scene.  Lots of fun techniques and embellishments.
