OnStage Pillow Gifts and More

During the event I had 7 roommates and true to Stampin’ Up! tradition, I made pillow gifts for my room mates.  It is usually a small item that shows off our products for beautiful packaging.   My treat box was copied from a gift given to me.  This is not my design concept.  This is a 4x8 rectangle that is scored and folds up into a triangle shaped box.

My tag is stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink with the Make A Difference stamp set. The 1” circle punch was used on the sentiment and the 1 1/4” circle punch was used for the Crumb Cake circle layer.  I  used sponge daubers to streak Mossy Meadow ink on the circle edges.

The Frost White shimmer paint was dabbed on with an Aquapainter (filled with alcohol).   It created a pearly finish that coordinates nicely with the pearl finish on the  Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper which I added to the top of the box.

I placed 2 Ghiradellie chocolate squares in my package for a sweet treat!

There is a pack of Trident gum wrapped in Old Olive card stock and a layer of Tea Time designer series paper. Old Olive ribbon finishes off the packaging. I used the Everyday Label punch on my Love What You Do stamp set sentiment and adhered it with a dimensional.

Here you can see the package of gum is settled perfectly in this wrapper packaging.

I must thank my stamp fairy friends from Maine that helped me with assembling the last steps of these pillow gifts!  Traveling with paper boxes and gifts is risky - they usually get smashed.  So assembly has to occur after arriving at my destination.  The stamp fairies made my project assembly go quickly so that we could all go play at the beach for the sunset!

These essential oil shower tabs were gifts for my team leader and I had one gal from my team, Greta.  Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper is so fresh and pretty.  I love this Petal Promenade with our Grapefruit card stock and polk-a-dot ribbon.

Both of these ladies are encouragement in my life and I am so grateful to do life with them and be friends with them!

These are the pillow gifts that I received.

Tamara Bower made a twist box that holds a chocolate at both ends and features the beautiful Share What You Love speciality designer series paper.

Tamara added these Puzzle Pieces heart thinlit and the Sunshine Wishes heart thinlit. Such a stunning combination.

MaryKate Scott made this sweet door hanger.

MaryKate also made this adorable tiny treat box.  It matches the beach color theme in the door hanger.

Adorable cup of chocolates pillow gift made by Elizabeth Charleton.

So much creativity and fun in these projects.  It is a bit challenging to pack everything to bring it home safely.  I hope you have enjoyed this long post and are inspired with new ideas!
