Paper Pumpkin Pop Up Blog Hop - May Good Things Grow

Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Pop Up Blog Hop! We are all fans of this monthly crafting kit and want to share our enthusiasm for this box of fun and creativity. The beauty of the Paper Pumpkin kit is that you can follow the directions provided in the kit to make the projects as they were designed, or use the supplies as a starting point and let your creativity run wild. On this hop we will be sharing lots of ideas with you on how to use this March Paper Pumpkin kit "May Good Things Grow." I am smitten with this color combo: Fresh Fig, Very Vanilla, and Crumb Cake.   It is soft, vintage, and rich.  I used our Lovely Words thinlets dies to emphasize "friend" in my design. 

It is very difficult to photograph Versamark tone on tone stamping.  I used the flower image in the stamp set to stamp the Very Vanilla background.  Can you see it?

I used the same Lovely Words thinlet dies again for this card. I also snipped apart the printed dies in the kit, sponged them lightly with the Early Espresso ink to coordinate with this Old Olive ribbon, and used them as I liked.  Isn't the challenge of using pieces in a new way, a fun way to build your creativity muscles?

Design Challenge from June 25

I love participating in a challenge - it really gets my creative juices flowing!  This was the sketch that we needed to follow for our creations.

Here is what I made to reflect the sketch, my supply list will be below the design samples:

I pulled several entries from my teammates that had really nice photos to show their details.  All of our names are put into a random winner generator.  The lucky person gets to select a free stamp set - this week it was me! Each card has a watermark to give the creator credit.  Here are other beautiful, fun ways to apply this sketch:
