ICS Blog Hop - Star of Light

Hello friends!  I am so excited for the Inspire, Create, & Share Blog Hop tonight.  We have all sorts of wonderful Christmas card designs to share with you.  I hope you enjoy every blog creation!

My card features the Star of Light stamp set and Starlight framelits on our Gold Foil-Edged card and envelopes.  All of the stars on the card front are die cut from the green Joyous Noel Glimmer paper.  This card is elegant with sparkly elements!

I used the Mulitpurpose Adhesive Sheets on the back of the glimmer paper, card stock, and gold foil paper.

Then I die cut the stars from the green Joyous Noel Glimmer Paper.

The foil edged envelopes are so glamorous, stamping the back gives it perfect coordination!  Isn't this elegant?

I layered a Shaded Spruce card stock die cut star onto a Gold Foil paper die cut star and placed it on the interior of the card. 

 I love how the gold shines around all of the intricate shapes on the Shaded Spruce star.

The interior sentiment was stamped in Shaded Spruce and then punched out with the Tailored Tag punch.  I colored the edges with a Sponge Dauber tapped into my Shaded Spruce Stampin' Pad.  All of the products for my project are listed at the end of this post.

Barn Door

 Hello Stampers!  I hope you are preparing to have a lovely Labor Day weekend.  Our Idaho weather has cooled down to comfortable temperatures, the forest fire smoke has cleared up, and we are ready to enjoy time outside camping.

I want to share some stamping inspiration as you start your weekend with this cute Barn Door project.  You will love this card!

I felt that a Barn Door needed a barn animal so I grabbed the Wood Words stamps and Wood Crate framelits to create this rooster.  The Lovely Lipstick layer has the sliders cut out first, and then embossed second.

The Barn Door slides like an authentic barn door should. TIP:  I used card stock 3/4 inch punched circles on ether side of the slot with a mini dimensional in the slot. The circles keep the mini dimensional in the slot so it can slide side to side.  I used glue dots on the front side card stock circles to attach the door.  

The copper foil hardware pieces are all glued into place and are not part of the sliding door function.  My supplies are listed at the end of this post.  I hope you are inspired to purchase the Barn Door products to make your own cute projects!

One For All - Best Day Ever

Hello Stampers!  I have had so much fun with the One For All stamp set.  I've used it in classes and during my stamping for fun.  Today I have 2 designs with very different color schemes.  I hope you like the variety. 

We all adore the Garden Impression designer series paper!  The So Saffron and Blueberry Bushel colors are sweet and whimsical in this design.  The floral embossing from our Petal Pair embossing folder repeats the flower theme in embossing, the bicycle basket bouquet, and designer paper.

Petal Pink is one of my favorites from our new colors!  I love it with Crumb Cake and Whisper White.  This is sweet, feminine, and the Detailed Trio Punch adds one more element for dainty corners.
