These four designs came from our recent classes and feature this bundle and the free Botanical Butterfly designer series paper that you earn with a $50 order.

The backside of each sheet is a black and white pattern,  I love the checks beside the colorful butterflies.

This was a fun chance to play with the versatility of neutrals, using our Wood Textures designer series paper for the card front.  I stamped the butterflies in Whisper White craft ink onto Crumb Cake card stock.

This returns to those fantastic black and white patterns.  I stamped in Memento tuxedo black ink onto shimmery white card stock.  Then we colored with the Light Balmy Blue Stampin' Blends and the Light Mint Macaron Stampin' Blends.

I love the whimsy of this card as it showcases the Dot-to-dot embossing folder on the Soft Seafoam card front.   The butterfly outlines are stamped in Tranquil Tide. The interiors are stamped in Soft Seafoam.  I love this color combo! There is a vellum label layered behind the sentiment Pretty label, it adds to the soft feel of this card.

ICS Blog Hop - Abstract Impressions

Welcome to our Inspire, Create, & Share Blog Hop!  Our Blog Hop shares creativity with you on the first Wednesday of each month.

Tonight we are introducing the new 2018-2020 In Colors.  Each project we share will feature these colors.  We hope you are inspired to create as we share our designs tonight!

Our Abstract Impressions stamps is gorgeous and I had such fun using our new In Colors.  I stamped off once to make the Lovely Lipstick and Grapefruit Grove flowers.  The ink tone became soft and muted with this technique.  

I used one of the two-step flower stamps to make the sunshine and layered Pineapple Punch with Grapefruit Grove.  Layers of Pineapple Punch ribbon make for whimsical sun rays behind the flower sunshine.  Our Pretty Label Punch looks great as a puffy cloud in the sky to deliver the "Thank You" sentiment.  I gently tapped/rubbed the edges of the Pretty Label into the sides of my Blueberry Bushel ink pad to add color to my cloud.  

I think you will enjoy the potential of this stamp set, it can be fun and whimsical or sophisticated and elegant.  Product details are at the end of this post.
