Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Kisses and Hugs

Hello friends and welcome to our Paper Pumpkin Possibilities blog hop for the January Kisses and Hugs kit!  We have all sorts of ideas to share with you to make cute alternate projects with the supplies in your kit.  Have you seen this adorable kit?  Here is a peel of what it was designed to be: cards and envelopes!

I used the card bases and designed a wall banner to hang in our family room.

The Blushing Bred and Metallic Gold ribbon was a awesome coordinating addition to connect my banner pieces.  Here is one end close up.

Here is the opposite end.

And I added layers of hearts and embellished the middle with supplies from the kit

I stacked the hearts together and then hole punched the layers all at one time.

I used my bone folder to tie each bow around, so that I didn't make it too tight or cause pressure to tear the holes.

Next I made some cards! I cut open one of the envelopes to use the beautiful interior gold foil paper.

This card is a bit more simple on a standard Flirty Flamingo card base, 5 1/2" h x 4 1/4" w.  I used our Heart Punches for the sentiment layers.

Here I stepped up my background and added stamped hearts with Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Pad all over the Flirty Flamingo card base.

Which way do you prefer?  I do love these sequins that came in the kit!

Here is a quick video from Paper Pumpkin, I hope you like it!

Great Banner. I was thinking of making one for my daughter's bridal shower in March. I love the tip for tying the bows. Cute card too.
