Occasions 2017 Swaps #19 and #20

Welcome to Team Swap Monday.  Today is the end of the Occasions 2017 card designs.   These two cards are made by Anita Young and Shalyn Luker.  They are both perfect for Father's Day, which is right around the corner.

Today is a monthly private class for a group of friends.  They are so much fun to stamp with and I look forward to stamping with them!

They requested a Fathers' Day card so I was happy to pull this design together for them.  It is masculine and fun!

ICS Blog Hop Suite Sentiments

Welcome to our Inspire, Create, and Share May blog hop!  Our theme this month is "It's A Girl Thing!"  Each hop participant will have a gorgeous creation that you can CASE (copy and share everything) for the special ladies in your life!

May is the last month for our Occasions catalog and our retiring 2015-2017 In Colors.  I had to maximize using my adored Mint Macaron ink and papers and favorite supplies before they are gone.  This card is made for a special friend going through some exciting changes.  I love her dearly and hope this brightens her day!  All supplies for this card are listed at the end of the post.

The "Suite Sentiments" stamp set is very versatile to coordinate with other suites in the Occasions catalog.  There are many fonts and sentiments for several occasions.  I really love this "Everyone needs a friend like you" sentiment.  What do you think of this stamp set and how I used it?

Occasions & Sale-A-Bration 2017 Swaps #1

Welcome to my Monday series to share card front designs that my team swaps with each new catalog.  Our Occasions and Sale-A-Brations products have several somethings for everyone.  There are so many very fun and delightful ideas and themes to create with that you will surely stay busy. 

This is my card front, using the "Sealed with Love: bundle.  You can see the product bundle here.  I really like the cutout hearts edge.  The next photo showcases them as a card.  

Now it is mounted on a card base so you can see the actual card.  I layered it on a whisper white card base so that the real red heart cut outs and the focal point tag would POP with contrast.  You will also notice the "Sending Love" Designer Series Paper Stack as the background layer.  The "Suite Sentiments" stamps coordinate perfectly on the mini note card which perfectly fit the adorable mini envelopes.

Wouldn't you like to use these to make your Valentine's cards this year?  The coordination options make for easy combinations and there are so many ways to create with the ribbon, stamps, embellishments, paper and framelits.
